We are happy to help you with this.<\/p>\r\n <p>We do not accept:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>Products that have been damaged due to misuse or that show signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.<\/li>\r\n <li>Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.<\/li>\r\n <li>Lingerie, jewelry, disposable products such as diapers or baby care products such as bottle warmers if their packages have been opened. However, we will of course refund defective products.<\/li>\r\n <li>Toiletries and perfumes.<\/li>\r\n <li>Bedding, mattresses, bathroom products, baby products, pillows, sheets, duvets, bed sheet sets, pillowcases, mattress toppers, foam, towels and bathrobes that have been taken out of their packaging.<\/li>\r\n <li>Products that have been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to inspect defects and will repair or replace defective products at our discretion.<\/li>\r\n <li>Products that you wish to exchange for a different color or size. (We are currently not offering an exchange service, which means that you will need to return the product first and then purchase what you want instead.)<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <p>Please return non-furniture products in their original packaging, within 15 days of the delivery date. Make sure you include the original invoice, all accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that came with your order.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <div class=\"dropdown\">\r\n <details>\r\n <summary>Are there any products that I will not be able to return online?<\/summary>\r\n <div class=\"dropdown-content\">\r\n <p>You will not be able to return any products from Mum's Heaven that you ordered using scheduled delivery. Will I get a refund for the cash on delivery fee?<\/summary>\r\n <div class=\"dropdown-content\">\r\n <p>The cash on delivery fee is an additional 0.500 Bahraini dinars that you pay for the cash on delivery service, which is added to the product cost<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t <p>And shipping fees.
